This image was taken at Mono Lake just outside Yosemite National Park in California. I been here before but the light was flat and I didn’t get any shots that I was happy with. On this occasion I was camping with my mate Rob, down the road in June Lake and when I set up camp the conditions were similar to before so I wasn’t going to bother heading to Mono Lake. However, as sunset drew closer the weather started to change. A storm was blowing in from the East and the sun was setting to the West, so Rob and myself decided to head over to Mono Lake to give it a go. This is just one of the shots from that evening, so if you like it, stay tuned as there are more to come.
