Payments
All payments on this website are processed via Paypal or Stripe. Paypal and Stripe offer an industry standard secure on-line payments system. You can use any credit or debit card to pay via Paypal and Stripe. Bank transfer can also be accepted as a method of payment. Please contact us if you would like to pay using this method.
Returns Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you must get in touch with us within 14 days. In order to receive a refund you must then return your item in the same condition you received it within a further 14 days.
Workshops
Shooting Wanderlust offers workshops to suit all levels and are tailored for the individual and their specific needs.
Cancellation Policy
As per your consumer rights you may cancel your workshop within the standard 14 day cooling off period. After this refunds will not be offered however I will work with you to rearrange where possible. If you do not turn up for a workshop a refund will not be offered. We reserve the right to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness. In the event we are forced to cancel there are two options available to you. You can request a full refund or rearrange the workshop for a future date at no additional cost. We are not responsible for any expenses, losses or damages which may occur due to cancellation by us. We are also not responsible for possible expenses occurred by rearranging.
Weather
Regardless of weather conditions scheduled workshops will go ahead as long as it is safe to do so.
From time to time, severe weather and issues outside of our control may have an effect on our ability to perform the workshop as described when you make your booking. In such cases, we will take reasonable steps to find alternative arrangements which will continue to offer photographic learning, but this cannot be guaranteed.
We are not liable for any damages, losses or expenses arising from whatever cause including those resulting from acts of God, terrorism, detention, weather, strikes, civil disturbance, criminal activity, government interference or any other situation outside of our reasonable control.
Shooting Wanderlust will always endeavour to act in your best interests. We do not accept liability for any loss of camera equipment, personal possessions, valuables, bodily injury, illness, accidents, injuries, carelessness, negligence, lack of fitness, punctuality or death. Whilst every effort is made to ensure your safety and well-being, workshops may and frequently do involve travel in remote locations during the day & night where medical, refreshment, toilet facilities are not readily accessible and/or available. All bookings are accepted on the basis and understanding that you appreciate any potential risks and hazards. All customers are responsible for ensuring they have the correct insurances in place.
